Please read this Digital Proof Disclaimer carefully before approving your final proof. Your approval signifies that you have reviewed and accepted the terms outlined below.

Your Responsibility for Proof Approval

The purpose of the digital proof is to allow you to review the layout, design, and content of your print job. **You are solely responsible for the final approval of the proof.** By approving the proof, you confirm that all elements are correct and ready for production.

• Content and Spelling: You must check all text for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and typographical errors.
• Layout and Design: You must verify the placement, size, and orientation of all images, logos, and text elements.
• Contact Information: You must ensure all phone numbers, addresses, and website URLs are accurate.
• Bleed and Trim: You must confirm that all critical elements are within the safe zone and that bleed is correctly applied.

Color Accuracy Notice

Digital proofs are intended for layout and content verification only. They are **NOT** an accurate representation of the final printed color.

• Monitor Calibration: Colors viewed on your monitor (RGB) will differ from the colors printed on press (CMYK). Monitor settings, calibration, and backlighting all affect the color appearance of the digital proof.
• Color Shift: DFW BOBN cannot be held responsible for color variations between the approved digital proof and the final printed product. If color matching is critical, please contact us to discuss a hard-copy proof (additional charges and time may apply).

Post-Approval Errors

Once the proof is approved, the job will immediately proceed to production. **DFW BOBN is not liable for any errors in the final printed product that were present in the approved digital proof.** This includes, but is not limited to, errors in spelling, grammar, layout, or color expectation.

Any necessary reprinting due to errors found after proof approval will be at the customer's expense.
